Upcoming Mobile App Update & Temporary Workarounds

We’re excited to announce that a brand-new version of our mobile app is in development! We want to ensure you have the best possible experience in the meantime. Below, we’ve outlined common issues, their solutions, and temporary workarounds.

Known Issues & Workarounds

Issue 1: Imported Documents Not Appearing in the Mobile App

Description: Some users have reported that contracts imported into the web app do not appear in the mobile app.
Temporary Fix: To ensure a contract appears in the mobile app, use the "Create from Blank Document" option when creating new contracts.

Issue 2: Required Fields & Duplicate Fields Not Functioning Properly

Description: Some users have experienced issues where required fields do not validate correctly or duplicate fields do not appear as expected in the mobile app.
Temporary Fix: These issues only occur in the mobile app. For full functionality, use the web app.

Recommended Temporary Solution: Use the Web App

If you encounter any issues with the mobile app, we recommend accessing the web version for a seamless experience.
Steps:

  1. Open Chrome or Safari on your device.

  2. Visit app.mesuite.com.

  3. Log in to your account.

  4. Your contracts should function as expected.
