If your network requires a specific naming convention for your releases, you’ll be able to use third-party software to rename your downloads.
This guide is for NameChanger by MRR Software. We are not affiliated with this company, nor do we recommend this software, it’s just one that we know will work.
Naming Convention Info
Depending on how you’ll rename your files, you may first need to remove our standard file naming convention.
Our files are organized in this manner:
[project name][release type][date signed][contract number][last name]-[first name].pdf
An example would be:
Test-Project_appearance_2023.07.27_223_smith-john.pdf

That’s it! Once your release has been imported successfully, your system will now be able to use the photo to identify the person when your video is being processed in DeliverME.
