DeliverME Overview

Overview of our deliverables and clearance software, built with facial recognition software to help identify appearances and acquired media from your video cuts.

The beauty of MEsuite is how our products integrate with each other to help ease the tediousness and frustration of managing rights and clearance documents and deliverables. Once you’ve added your release templates, deployed them, and everything is signed, they automatically are stored on your account.

The next step in the process is to take those documents and match them with your episode videos to help automate your deliverables.

This is where DeliverME comes in.

Overview

Once your post production team is done with editing a fine cut, you can take the .MOV file and .EDL file and upload them into DeliverME. If you are working on a new project, simply click the “Upload New Video” button at the top right.

If you already have a video in DirectME, you can also click on the Upload New Video Button:

When you have multiple videos within your system, it will look similar to this:

Please note: If “AI Analysis” still says “Generating…” your video is still being processed. Please be patient while the system processes your video, this can take several hours. If you delete the process and start over, the new video will be added to the end of the queue, thus delaying its progress.

To view your DeliverME video, simply click on the Manage button and click on “View 2.0 (Beta)”

That will take you to the DeliverME Project Window

Here’s a breakdown of the elements on this page:

1. Video Player (User Uploaded)
2. EDL List (User Uploaded)
3. AI Suggested Match List (Video, Graphics, Audio, Notes tab)
4. Report Builder

1. Video Player (User Uploaded)

This is where you can playback your uploaded video to review the AI matches. Within the video player, you are able to see arrow markers where someone has taken an action. IE: liking, disliking, or adding a note. You also are able to select the playback speed, increase or decrease the volume and when you pause at a specific spot, you’ll be able to add notes as well for your team to review.

2. EDL List (User Uploaded)

This is where you can review your uploaded .edls to review your video elements and camera shots.

3. AI Suggested Match List (Video, Graphics, Audio, Notes tab)

This is where you can review your suggested matches that our AI has found. You’ll be able to filter by different categories or by all.

4. Report Builder

This is where you build out your report. Once you’ve verified that everyone has been identified and you clicked on the “All All” button, everything will move into this screen. From this section, you’ll be able to download your deliverable document by clicking on the green “Reports” button.

Your deliverable document format will be tied to the company you added when you originally set up your project. You’ll be able to see which document template you’ve selected at the top of the list, for this example, we have a Viacom show template.

Once you’re ready, you can select “All Releases Tracker” to download a complete document ready to hand into your network.
